Tranquility is where the city sends it's heavy equipment operators to practice. Joe, the park caretaker, mentioned they would be grading near the trail exit from the south side of the creek, where the kid's bypass was.
I've read they graded across some of the singletrack. Be careful out there (once it dries up). Ride across or around the grading till you can hook up with the trail again.
They also dump woodchips, pavement, move dirt from the tennis area, etc. A lot of traffic. They don't want an accident and neither do we. Give them plenty of room and a friendly wave. We are flexible and ride around their needs.
